Job Description

  • To achieve the company growth and meet the personal & team sales target
  • Can manage a sales team consist of a few sales employees
  • Own objectives of setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management Team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Create reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
  • Provide motivation to staff and creates an environment where they can thrive.
  • Perform any related ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
  • Conduct the monthly sales presentation to the client in the group sales approach.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy preferred), Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Min 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within the solar, renewable energy, or power industry.
  • Trilingual Speaker Mandarin , English & BM. Mandarin speaker added advantages.
  • Proven track record in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) sector, including experience with rooftop solar solutions.
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships with commercial and industrial stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team leader.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients, inspect sites, and attend industry events or conferences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
