HELPER SITE SUPERVISOR

1. Assist Supervisor or Engineer on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards. 2. Assist inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with specification construction standards. 3. Collaborate with Supervisor, Engineer and other stakeholders to ensure effective communicationand coordination. 4. Assist in monitor project progress, track daily activities, and prepare regular progress reportsfor Engineer. 5. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, permits, and code during the construction process. 6. Maintain accurate documentation of on-site activities, including daily logs, reports, and records of meetings. 7. Assist regular safety meetings and toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety awareness among on-site personnel. 8. Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations. 9. Maintains product and company reputation by complying with customer’s regulations. 10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 11. To cooperate and comply with instructions from Management that is in line with main duties or corporate requirements. 12. Cooperate and communicate effectively with Top Management and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
