Assist in entire human resources functions (recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, staff welfare, training, SOP and payroll) of the Company. Assist in ensuring the Company’s Human Resource policies and procedures are aligned to regulatory requirements. Assist in liaising with government bodies such as Labour Office, Immigration, EPF, SOCSO and those related to human resource and administrative issues. Assist in ensuring the proper execution and implementation of policies and procedures of each of the department in the Company.
