Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent for various roles.
  • Employee Development: Design and implement effective training programs to upskill staff.
  • Retention Strategies: Create initiatives to foster employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
  • Performance Management: Develop frameworks to evaluate and improve staff performance.
  • HR Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain updated HR policies.
  • Culture Building: Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in hiring, training, and retaining staff in your current or previous role.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to lead HR initiatives and work collaboratively with teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Adaptability: Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • Preferred Skills: Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.

Location & Work Mode:

  • Full-time, office-based role at Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur.
  • Easily accessible via LRT Sri Rampai station (walking distance).

Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: Up to RM5,000 per month, depending on experience.
