Accounting & Finance: Manage and record day-to-day financial transactions. Maintain and update general ledger accounts in Tally. Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements. Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Handle SST, and other statutory compliance. Administrative Support: Handle office correspondence, phone calls, and emails. Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement. Maintain employee records and assist in HR-related tasks. Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Support the management team with various administrative tasks. Data Management: Maintain and update records in Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Generate reports, charts, and summaries as needed. Ensure the proper organization and filing of both physical and digital documents.
