Machine Operator

Duties and Responsibilities: - Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, banners, posters, and other related media. - Edit and finalize customer designs for printing, ensuring accuracy and quality. Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and provide creative solutions. - Manage digital files and ensure proper file formats for production. - Operate printing and cutting machines, ensuring proper setup and execution of jobs. - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to ensure smooth operation. - Handle materials for printing (e.g., loading media, ensuring correct paper types). - Monitor print quality during production and make adjustments as needed. - Ensure timely completion of jobs while maintaining quality standards. - Communicate effectively with the team regarding project timelines and requirements. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW). - Knowledge of file preparation for print (e.g., resolution, color modes, bleed). - Basic understanding of operating printing machines (training can be provided if necessary). - Attention to detail and a strong eye for design and quality. - Experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory. Qualifications: - Minimum SPM or equivalent; a diploma/degree in graphic design or related field is an advantage. - Technical skills for handling machinery. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
