- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the warehouse operations team.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain, organize, and update warehouse records, files, and documents.
- Coordinate and schedule shipments, deliveries, and pickups.
- Assist in inventory management, including data entry.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documentation related to warehouse operations.
- Support the operations team with various tasks and projects as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to warehouse operations.
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- High school diploma; further education Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software is a plus.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
