Job Scope: 1. Responsible for all secretarial and administrative duties including personal and corporate matters. 2. To ensure all minutes of the meeting are recorded clear and descriptively. 3. To coordinate, delegate and monitor as required by top management to lead, develop and execute activities effectively in line with company objectives. 4. To follow up and liaised with HOD on internal and external operation issues. 5. To solve complaints and debts as well as assists Sales Department to close the deal. 6. To assists HR on recruitment and other issues. 7. Arrange for travel schedule and performed the necessary booking or reservation. 8. Liaise with bankers, lawyers and government sectors. 9. Assist on other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Director. Job Requirement: 1. Education level: Certificate or Diploma in Secretary Studies. 2. Working Experience: Minimum 2 years working experience in related industries. 3. Special Skill: Independent, good in organizational skills and high level of professionalism, 4. fluent in English and Mandarin. Good work ethics, committed and with high integrity. 5. Special Knowledge: Computer knowledge. 6. Others : Good Interpersonal Communication skills to deals with people at all level.
