Job Requirements: 1. Education: - High school diploma or equivalent. A diploma in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus. 2. Experience: - 3+ years of experience in logistics, stock management, or a related role. - Familiarity with inventory management systems and customer service practices 3. Communication Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, team members, and customers 4. Technical Skills - Proficiency in using inventory management software (eg-autocount) - Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes. Job Scopes: 1. Driver Management: - Coordinate daily delivery schedules and routes for drivers. - Monitor and track driver performance, ensuring timely deliveries. - Address any issues or challenges faced by drivers during their routes. 2. Stock Management: - Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of stock. - Conduct regular stock audits to maintain accuracy. - Place orders for stock replenishment based on inventory levels and demand. 3. Customer Service: - Interact with customers to understand their needs and preferences. - Ensure excellent customer service throughout the order fulfillment process. - Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally. 4. Documentation and Reporting: - Maintain accurate records of stock levels, deliveries, and customer interactions. - Prepare regular reports on stock movement, driver performance, and customer satisfaction. - Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and regulations. 5. Collaboration: - Work collaboratively with the sales team to understand customer demand and market trends. - Collaborate with other branches and departments for streamlined operations. - Participate in regular meetings to discuss challenges, improvements, and updates. 6. Training and Development: - Provide training to new drivers on company procedures and expectations. - Keep the team updated on any changes in stock management or customer service protocols. - Identify opportunities for professional development within the team. 7. Problem-Solving: - Quickly address and resolve issues related to stock discrepancies, delivery delays, or customer concerns. - Implement effective solutions to optimize operational efficiency. 8. Compliance: - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and relevant laws. - Conduct regular checks to confirm adherence to standard operating procedures. 9. Quality Control: - Implement and oversee quality control measures in stock management and order fulfillment. - Address any product quality issues promptly. 10.
