- -Overseeing product listings, descriptions, and images to ensure accuracy and attractiveness. -Coordinating with suppliers or internal teams for product availability. -Managing the company's e-commerce website or online marketplace presence (e.g.Lazada, GRAB and website ). -Ensuring the site is user-friendly and optimizing the checkout experience. -Coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams for inventory and delivery updates. -Monitoring sales performance, customer behavior, and other key metrics. -Analyse and study on stores/accounts performance and present the progression -Using data insights to refine and improve product listings, promotions, and marketing strategies. -Prepare monthly promo tags and assist in promo setup for platform(s) every month -Study competitor analysis through price study, promotional and marketing strategy etc -Responsible for product listing, promotion execution, listing maintenance, billing and refund etc
