Partnerships and Outreach • Establish partnerships with industry professionals, higher education institutions, and community organizations. • Facilitate guest lectures, field trips, or internships to enhance real-world learning opportunities. • Represent the school in external STEM forums, conferences, and professional networks. Assessment and Reporting • Monitor student progress using formative and summative assessment tools. • Analyze program data and outcomes to recommend improvements. • Prepare reports for stakeholders on program success and areas of development.
