Located at the heart of the Kuala Lumpur city center, Traders Hotel by Shangri-La is looking for a dynamic, and multi-skilled talent in delivering our Asian hospitality.
As Commis we rely on you:
To be responsible for the preparation and storage of menu items in accordance with established procedures for preparation and quality standards for taste, presentation, and hygiene standards of the hotel.
prepares all food items and food orders, ensuring standard preparation timeframes are observed for consistency.
Follows standard procedures at all times; is subject to manager instruction where deviations are implemented that might affect hygiene, quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM level Education or relevant certificate.
Experienced in All Day Dining Kitchen or Main Kitchen Operation with minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience.
Experienced in staff cafeteria, Asian & Western Kitchen.
Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
