Job Description:

  • To assist with existing IT support job scopes and workloads for MRCB Group’s business needs and functions.
  • Provide first level support for various applications across all departments and operating units.
  • Respond to queries or issues in a timely manner.
  • Take end-to-end responsibility (take ownership) of the logged requests and monitor your own work progress.
  • Walk users through the problem-solving process.
  • Installing updates, patches, and enhancements to improve software performance and functionality.
  • Maintaining all cases in the company ticket log system.
  • Ensure to respond to issues and problems raised as per internal target resolutions.

Job Qualification: -

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering.

Job Requirement: -

  • Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and case- managing skills.
  • Teamwork, problem-solving, customer service, decision-making, self-motivation, integrity, ethical conduct, and continuous learning.

Job Types: Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
