Job Description:
- To assist with existing IT support job scopes and workloads for MRCB Group’s business needs and functions.
- Provide first level support for various applications across all departments and operating units.
- Respond to queries or issues in a timely manner.
- Take end-to-end responsibility (take ownership) of the logged requests and monitor your own work progress.
- Walk users through the problem-solving process.
- Installing updates, patches, and enhancements to improve software performance and functionality.
- Maintaining all cases in the company ticket log system.
- Ensure to respond to issues and problems raised as per internal target resolutions.
Job Qualification: -
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering.
Job Requirement: -
- Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and case- managing skills.
- Teamwork, problem-solving, customer service, decision-making, self-motivation, integrity, ethical conduct, and continuous learning.

Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
