Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- To coordinate and collaborate with clients’ business stakeholders to identify business and system requirement gaps – requirement study
- To be subject matter expert on business process and workflows and guide users to achieve optimum efficiency of the solution.
- To perform data discovery, analysis and modeling.
- To keep abreast of the latest development in reporting standards eg. Global Reporting Standards (GRI) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- To propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges while ensuring that proposed solutions align with the organization's strategic goals and technological capabilities.
- To prepare business and product requirement documents for new enhancements, change requests and new projects.
- To facilitate discovery sessions to uncover user requirements and translate these requirements into documentation with workflow diagrams.
- To partner with sales team in system demo, shaping and solution development for client.
- To engage and lead conversations, workshops, and presentations to client and stakeholders.
Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation. Able to work independently and/or collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment, while possessing a positive attitude and can-do spirit.
Required language(s): English
1 -3 years of working experience as a Business Analyst, or in a related role
