Unicom Marketing Group is seeking a skilled and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our internal marketing efforts across Malaysia, Singapore, and our digital division. This role will involve developing and implementing strategies to enhance Unicom’s brand presence, managing digital channels, and promoting our innovative marketing services. The ideal candidate has a blend of creative and analytical skills, with a strong background in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and a passion for driving brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Brand Management
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Unicom’s products and services, enhancing brand presence in Malaysia, Singapore, and online.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand market trends and opportunities.
Digital Marketing & SEO/SEM Management
- Manage Unicom’s SEO and SEM efforts to increase online visibility and drive qualified traffic.
- Oversee digital marketing channels, including company websites and social media profiles, ensuring consistent brand messaging and optimization.
- Track and analyse digital performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and conversion.
Content & Website Management
- Maintain and update company profiles & website to ensure accurate, engaging, and current content.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop visuals, graphics, and written content that resonate with target audiences.
Social Media Management
- Manage Unicom’s social media strategy and content calendar, focusing on engagement, brand storytelling, and aligning with Unicom’s strategic goals.
- Identify trends and opportunities in social media, implementing strategies to enhance reach and engagement.
Events & Conferences
- Represent Unicom at relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build networks and enhance brand recognition.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events and product launches that support Unicom’s marketing and sales objectives.
Internal Marketing Initiatives
- Develop internal communications strategies to boost company morale, align employees with brand values, and promote Unicom’s achievements.
- Support internal teams with marketing assets and resources to foster a cohesive brand identity across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and brand management.
- Strong understanding of website analytics, social media platforms, and digital advertising.
- Proven ability to manage marketing projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and across multiple teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
