We are looking for a welcoming, professional, and well-organized individual to join our team as a receptionist. Serving as the initial point of contact for clients and visitors, this role is crucial in creating a positive and lasting impression of our organization. The ideal candidate should excel in verbal and written communication, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Professionally handle and route incoming phone calls promptly.
- Respond to inquiries, offering helpful information to clients, visitors, and team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the conference room calendar.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveries.
- Keep the reception area neat and well-organized.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Collaborate with other departments to support office operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent certification.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role is an advantage.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
- Well verse in English and Mandarin
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Note: This position combines receptionist duties with administrative responsibilities, requiring the successful candidate to manage the front desk while handling various office tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
