Position Title: Accountant

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily accounting work of the Malaysian company:
- Independently handle full set accounts, including reconciliations, prepayments, and accruals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and approved accounting standards.
- Organizing and preparing various financial reports as required by the group or headquarters, and submitting them on time.
- Budget, expenses, and payment review:
- Responsible for preparing and tracking the budget of the Malaysian company, reviewing the company’s expense reimbursement forms, supplier payment application forms, and special customs clearance expense application forms.
- Tax supervision and review:
- Supervise the timeliness of tax declaration submissions, ensure the accuracy of tax account reports, and the timeliness of tax refund applications; and complete tax audit work.
- Financial analysis:
- Regularly organize financial analysis activities to provide data support for business management.
Qualifications & Experiences Needed
- Bachelor's degree or higher in financial management, accounting, or related fields.
- More than two years of experience in full-set accounting in foreign trade, with experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry preferred.
- Familiar with Malaysia’s accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial management laws and regulations.
- Proficient in using office software and Excel functions; familiarity with SAP financial software is preferred.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
