  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Mission:

The mission for this role is to provide accurate financial reports assigned before deadline.

Outcomes:

To produce financial reports timely.

To produce monthly expense forecast with maximum of 15% variance.

To enhance finance process and reporting process, aligning with parent company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounting tasks on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Cash Flow Report.
  • To improve financial process and use ERP system for automation and approvals.
  • Prepare weekly payment priorities.
  • Work with operation team to ensure customers are invoiced correctly.
  • Assist with internal and external audit requests.

Requirements:

  • Minimum possess Diploma (or equivalent) or Certification in accounting.
  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in similar roles.
  • Familiarity in Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (“MFRS”)
  • Experience in Public Listed Companies (PLCs) and audit firms
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skill and Odoo software experience are added advantage
  • Working hours: 9:00 am to 18:00 pm, Monday to Friday. OT will be required if needed
  • Open to all genders and races
  • Proficient in speaking English and Bahasa Malaysia. (English is a must)
  • Professional certification such as ACCA will be an advantage.
  • Experience in Public Listed Companies (PLCs) or audit firms.
  • Familiar with accounting software (such as Odoo) will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity in Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) – (Not compulsory)
  • Good communication skills, good attitude and attention to details.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
