- Good communication skills, in writing and verbally.
- Handling customer orders, enquiry, complaints, etc via emails and phone calls.
- Follow up with production team on orders completion date until delivery of the orders.
- Update sales order in ERP system, issue invoice and DO correctly.
- Providing general sales support and assisting with sales-related projects or activities.
- Attending internal meetings, discussion, and training.
- Liaise with freight forwarder and transporter for outstation/overseas shipment and daily logistic deliveries.
- To deliver excellent customer service standard every time interacting with customers.
- Good filing skills and able to maintain good records.
- Prepare quotation upon instruction from Superior and undertake any other duties assigned by the Superior.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma and equivalent qualification.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Preferably 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Familiar with Microsoft office
- Applicants must be willing to work in Semenyih/Beranang area.
- Possess own transport.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
