DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the Scheduling of staff.
- Leading the operation of food & beverage service crew.
- Responsible for Planning, organizing, delegating and controlling
- To follow the principle of the Cost Reduction Program on a daily basis while performing within the workplace
- To perform any other tasks deemed necessary for the smooth operation of the organization.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of equipment and in Service area
- Coordinates availability of all menu items needed for a proper service, monitors with kitchen staff regularly before and during service inform waiter/ss accordingly
- Executes any task assigned to him within his responsibilities and capabilities
- Maintains by good behaviour and attitude the good example to his staff on grooming, hygiene and interest in his profession, position and work.
- To perform any other tasks deemed necessary for the smooth operation of the organization
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
