STORE MANAGER

Job Description :-

• Store Operation - Manage daily store operations, ensuring the space is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Customer Service - Provide excellent customer service, guiding customers through product choices and offering personalized recommendations.
• Staff Management - Hire, train, and supervise store staff, ensuring exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Inventory & Supply Management - Manage inventory levels for ingredients and store supplies, ensuring timely replenishment and stock rotation.
• Sales & Marketing - Maintain appealing visual merchandising and store displays.
• Administrative Duties - Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, staffing, and operational performance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a management role, preferably within the food or retail industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality products and services.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
