Position Overview: As a Financial Services Associate, you’ll handle currency exchange and remittance transactions, market our services, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your multilingual skills and expertise will help us attract and serve a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Currency Exchange: Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Remittance Services: Handle remittance processing with compliance to regulatory standards.
  • Customer Service: Address inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver excellent service.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Promote N.J. Forex services to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Multilingual Communication: Use your language skills (e.g., Urdu, Hindi, Bengali) to connect with diverse customers.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on foreign exchange trends and remittance rates to provide customers with insights.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in currency exchange, remittance, and customer engagement.
  • Multilingual proficiency (e.g., English, Urdu, Hindi, Bengali) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
