Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products or services over the phone to potential and existing customers, driving sales, generating leads, and supporting marketing campaigns. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a passion for sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales Calls:
- Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to generate new business and engage with existing customers.
- Introduce and promote our products or services to potential clients, creating interest and enthusiasm.
- Qualify leads by asking questions to assess customer needs and fit with our offerings.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives or close sales over the phone as needed.
2. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients and maintaining a customer database.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries, leads from marketing campaigns, and referrals to convert them into sales.
- Engage in outbound marketing efforts (calls, emails, etc.) to generate leads for the business.
3. Sales Conversion & Closing:
- Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales deals effectively over the phone.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Provide customers with tailored recommendations based on their needs and the company’s product portfolio.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service and follow-up.
- Address customer queries, provide additional information, and resolve complaints as needed.
- Retain clients by identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
5. Collaboration with Marketing and Sales Teams:
- Work closely with the marketing team to stay aligned with current promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Share customer feedback and insights with the marketing and product teams to improve offerings and sales strategies.
6. Reporting & Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales progress, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, lead generation, and customer feedback to management.
7. Continuous Learning & Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings.
- Attend training sessions and engage in self-improvement activities to enhance sales and communication skills.
Qualifications:
1. Education:
- Min SPM
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
2. Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in Telesale Marketing.
3. Skills:
- Communication: Clear and friendly speaking skills to engage and persuade customers.
- Sales: Ability to convince customers to buy or take action.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using phone systems, CRM software (like Salesforce), and basic computer tools (Microsoft Office).
- Organization: Good at managing time, keeping track of tasks, and following up with customers.
- Goal-Oriented: Motivated to meet sales targets and achieve results.
- Customer Focused: Always aiming to understand and meet customer needs.
- Teamwork: Able to work well with other team members, especially marketing and sales.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
