• Developing and implementing HR procedure and policy.
• Can work independently for the whole recruiting process including job posting, interviewing, on board procedures. dismiss procedure compliant with local laws and regulations.
• Prepare all related documents in hire and dismiss. including but not limited to employment contract, warning letters, dismiss letter, foreign worker permit.
• Create documents file for each employee including employment contract, training records, performance records, dismiss letter and so on.
• Set KPI for each position, monitor KPI, motivate/guide employee when they have poor work performance. Set discipline standard.
• Staff attendance recording, payroll calculation, make monthly social security contribution on time.
• Handle employee claims and insurance.
• Provide HR relevant reports when required.
• Liaise with relevant authority/government department (eg. KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, ETC) if necessary.
• Handle all general office administration and maintenance related works of office facilities and up keeping of office equipment, office supplies and asset management.
• Other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
• Report to CEO.
Requirement :
• Familiar with Malaysian Employment Act and all related HR laws and regulations.
• At least 2 years working experience as human resources manager in manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
• Computer proficient
• Can work independently, passionate about work, diligent and self-motivated, responsible, good attitude and communication skills.
