- To handle customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or supervisors for resolution.
- Maintain and update customer records in our database.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Morning & Night shift (rotating shift)
- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Good in problem- solving and analytical skills to address customer needs and resolve issues.
- Quick learner and team worker.
