1. Product Listings & Content Management:
- Manage and update product listings on the e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, eBay).
- Ensure that all product information (e.g., descriptions, pricing, images, specifications) is accurate, clear, and up to date.
- Coordinate with the inventory and sales teams to ensure that stock levels are updated in real-time.
- Upload and manage high-quality product images and videos, ensuring they meet platform guidelines.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment:
- Oversee daily order processing, ensuring that all orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped.
- Coordinate with logistics partners or warehouses to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor and manage the returns and refunds process in line with company policies.
- Ensure orders are delivered on time and resolve any shipping or delivery issues promptly.
3. Website & User Experience Optimization:
- Monitor website performance and ensure that the e-commerce site is fully functional, fast, and user-friendly.
- Work with the IT or web development team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the e-commerce platform.
- Implement and optimize strategies for conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve the user experience and increase sales.
- Test and optimize website layout, navigation, and checkout processes to minimize cart abandonment.
4. Digital Marketing & Promotions:
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions (e.g., email marketing, PPC ads, affiliate marketing).
- Support promotional activities such as seasonal sales, flash deals, discount codes, and bundled offers.
- Manage and schedule content for promotional banners, landing pages, and social media posts related to e-commerce campaigns.
- Work with the social media team to drive traffic from platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.
5. Customer Service & Relationship Management:
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner via email, phone, or live chat.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and assist with troubleshooting issues related to orders, products, or shipping.
- Coordinate with customer support teams to address escalated issues and ensure prompt resolution.
6. Analytics & Reporting:
- Use Google Analytics, e-commerce analytics, and other tools to track key performance metrics (e.g., sales, traffic, conversion rates, customer behavior).
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer trends, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
- Analyze customer feedback, product reviews, and competitor activities to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide recommendations for optimizing product listings, pricing strategies, and promotions based on data-driven insights.
7. Inventory & Stock Management:
- Work closely with the inventory team to ensure stock levels are accurate and manage replenishment.
- Track product performance and make recommendations for stock rotation, restocking, or discontinuation of underperforming products.
- Coordinate the timely updating of product availability on the site based on warehouse stock.
8. Supplier & Vendor Management:
- Liaise with suppliers or vendors to ensure timely product delivery, accurate product information, and competitive pricing.
- Negotiate with vendors on pricing, shipping rates, and promotional opportunities for featured products.
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an E-Commerce or Digital Marketing role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
