Human Resource Executive
Key Responsibilities Human Resource Operations 1. Supervise the complete employee lifecycle processes, which include onboarding, confirmations, internal transfers, and offboarding. 2. Maintain employee records and HRIS systems accurately and ensure they are up-to-date. 3. Generate, analyze, and present human resource reports and dashboards to management, offering actionable insights. 4. Collaborate with relevant teams to manage employee benefits, leave administration, and payroll-related processes. Compliance & Policies 1. Ensure that all human resource practices adhere to local labor laws and company policies. 2. Create, revise, and implement human resource policies and effectively communicate them to employees.
Skills and Qualifications
1)Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years in human resource
2)Human resource or a generalist role (property development industry experience is a plus).
3) Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
4)Fluent in Mandarin and English, understand Malay
