Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Operations

1.⁠ ⁠Supervise the complete employee lifecycle processes, which include onboarding, confirmations, internal transfers, and offboarding.

2.⁠ ⁠Maintain employee records and HRIS systems accurately and ensure they are up-to-date.

3.⁠ ⁠Generate, analyze, and present human resource reports and dashboards to management, offering actionable insights.

4.⁠ ⁠Collaborate with relevant teams to manage employee benefits, leave administration, and payroll-related processes.

Compliance & Policies

1.⁠ ⁠Ensure that all human resource practices adhere to local labor laws and company policies.

2.⁠ ⁠Create, revise, and implement human resource policies and effectively communicate them to employees.

Skills and Qualifications

1)Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years in human resource

2)Human resource or a generalist role (property development industry experience is a plus).

3) Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

4)Fluent in Mandarin and English, understand Malay
