- Manage the enquiries through phone calls, whatsapps, emails or other channels promptly and professionally.
- Handle and liase with customers request and appointment arrangement.
- Consistently ensure a high level of customers support experience and build customers loyalty.
- Ensure customers safety and comfort with a smooth flow of customers care.
- Assist customers with completing necessary forms and documentation.
- Responsible for proper documentation including scanning, filing, and mailing.
- Responsible for payment collection and receipt issuance.

- Perform other duties as required and assigned by superior/management.
- Minimum Certificate / Vocational / Diploma
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English is compulsory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally across various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software is an advantage.
