  • Perform general office duties, such as data entry, filing, and scanning. Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports in Bahasa Malaysia and English language.
  • Manage the administrative functions of the company, including office management, vendor management and IT support.
  • Handle all admin related matters and undertake task as and when assigned by management.
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Leavel / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
  • Proficiency in Bahasa/ English
  • Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
  • Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
