  • Preferable with Diploma in Business and design related field.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and database systems is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail is crucial for accurate data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills are important for interacting with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate with members of the procurement team and other departments within the organization.
  • Capacity to identify and address issues related to orders, deliveries, and invoices.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in procurement processes, technology, and organizational needs.
  • Able to speak and write in Mandarin is a must.
