- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the company's RM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Customer Support: Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to enhance the overall customer experience and achieve company objectives.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field may be preferred for some positions.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial, but entry-level positions are also available for motivated individuals.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin / Cantonese due will deal with Customer in Mandarin community.
- Able to travel outstation for a certain period of time. Preferably those who possess a transportation with valid license.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malay are essential for effective customer engagement.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills are crucial to build rapport with customers and maintain lasting relationships.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to persuade and close deals, with a customer-focused approach.
