Summary of Key Responsibilities Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- To assist in company’s recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, shortlisting, interview arrangement, conducting interviews, selection, employment background check, job offer, etc.
- Supports the talent management team to execute recruitment initiatives, particularly walk-in interviews, including assisting in sourcing channels for high volume and high- quality candidate pipeline.
- Liaises with internal and external stakeholders on organization’s hiring needs, including coordinating with government agencies, university/college and NGO society on recruitment activities, organizing walk-in job fairs, career talks, etc.
- Assists to respond to recruitment enquiries via email/ Whatsapp, and other company’s correspondence channel.
- Prepare recruitment statistics and reports to enable management to make timely and strategic decisions.
- Provides administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, drafting HR correspondence, filing, mail and courier, reception duty and other ad-hoc assignments that may be assigned from time to time.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma.
- Good planning and organizing skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, can adapt well to a fast-paced working environment.
- Willing to work on weekends and must be able to travel across Malaysia.
