As a Junior HR Executive, you responsible for providing expert recruitment advice and services to both clients and candidates. You will identify talent needs, source candidates, manage client relationships, and ensure that suitable candidates are placed in appropriate roles. Your goal is to match the best candidates to the right positions, ensuring long-term success for both clients and employees.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a consultancy or agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing tools, and candidate management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
