Job description：

Evaluation and execution of clinical trials of new products
Customer complaint/abnormal product/competitive product clinical trial evaluation and execution
Analysis and interpretation of measurement data
Subject information tracking and maintenance
Establishment and management of documents and reports
Laboratory equipment operation and environmental maintenance management
Educating patients on proper contact lens usage, care, and hygiene practices
Participating in research and development initiatives to improve contact lens design and technology
Participating in research and development initiatives to improve contact lens design and technology
Other matters assigned by the superior

Requirements：

Subjective Refraction skills
Slit lamp operating
Contact lens fitting evaluation
Preferable to have relevant working experience as optometrist
Two-plus years of optometrist experience preferred
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
Speak and written professionally in Mandarin is added advantage
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients

Knowledge:

Applied understanding of general principles of optometry and best practices for the diagnosis of eye-related disorders and conditions
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate to patients of diverse backgrounds
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
General computer proficiency
Demonstrated problem solving skills and multitasking ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM4,300.00 per month
