Job description： - Evaluation and execution of clinical trials of new products - Customer complaint/abnormal product/competitive product clinical trial evaluation and execution - Analysis and interpretation of measurement data - Subject information tracking and maintenance - Establishment and management of documents and reports - Laboratory equipment operation and environmental maintenance management - Educating patients on proper contact lens usage, care, and hygiene practices - Participating in research and development initiatives to improve contact lens design and technology - Participating in research and development initiatives to improve contact lens design and technology - Other matters assigned by the superior Requirements： - Subjective Refraction skills - Slit lamp operating - Contact lens fitting evaluation - Preferable to have relevant working experience as optometrist - Two-plus years of optometrist experience preferred - Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin - Speak and written professionally in Mandarin is added advantage - Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients Qualification: -Degree in Optometry from an accredited optometry program Knowledge: - Applied understanding of general principles of optometry and best practices for the diagnosis of eye-related disorders and conditions - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate to patients of diverse backgrounds - Ability to maintain patient confidentiality - General computer proficiency - Demonstrated problem solving skills and multitasking ability
