Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Development Assistant cum Administration. This role combines responsibilities in sales, marketing, and administrative support to help drive business growth and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills. Key Responsibilities Sales and Marketing Development - Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote products and services. - Analyse potential sales by weekly, monthly, and yearly sales. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitors. - Prepare and maintain marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and email templates. - Support the sales team by generating leads and scheduling meetings with prospective clients. - Manage social media platforms and digital marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility. - Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights. Administrative Support - Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records. - Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and other business documents. - Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems. - Ensure office operations run smoothly, including ordering supplies and handling correspondence. - Provide support for events, trade shows, and other marketing activities. - Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and redirecting as needed. Qualifications and Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). - Proven experience in sales, marketing, or administrative roles. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools. - Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing platforms. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
