QAQC Painting Inspector

- Responsible for planning and execution of inspection and test requirement for blasting and painting according to COMPANY Standard Procedures and Specifications - To review Inspection Test Plan, work Procedure and Painting Scope of Works for related project. - To inspect and monitor all blasting and painting activities. - To attend Project QAQC Meeting and liaise with Client regard the coating issue and related job. - To ensure the Paint Inventory Report at Warehouse being submitted - To compile all Painting Inspection Report based on Scope of Work and Client requirement. - Review and comply with ITP, procedures and QC work pack for painting - Responsible for all necessary inspections as identified in the approved inspection and test plan (ITP) - Responsible for leading the QA/QC effort in area of responsibility. - Responsible for inspection and preparing reports for painting - Liaise with consultant and client’s QC personnel during execution stage. - Inspect production quality to establish if the client requirements are being achieved - Verify and check on Fabrication Request Form - Manage, maintain and improve on BRSB Quality standards. - Comply with the ISO 9001 accreditation and satisfy applicable statutory, regulatory and company requirements - Ensure policies, procedures and compliance procedures are adhered to.
