Requirement: Degree holder in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in HR Strong knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and labor laws. Monitor for attendance staff, manage and oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Responsible for the whole process for payment of payroll, EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, EIS and HRDF Monthly Contribution - Monthly Manpower planning and training needs assessment. HandIing and resoIving of discipIinary cases, confIicts feedback and compIaints ResponsibIe for strategic planning of HR initiatives, compensation and benefits recommendation Assist on confirmation, termination and other related HR matter. Ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and other labor regulations. Support and maintain administrative task, documentation fiIIing, License,and assist auditor requirement HR experience in an ISO 9001:2015 certified will be an added advantage
