- MUST have Certified Safety and Health Officer (SHO) and obtain Green book from DOSH - At least 2 years of working experience in construction or facilities field with Safety and health working experience, especially for high-rise building - Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety standards. - Identify workplace hazards and assess risks to health and safety. - Establish and enforce safety policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote a safe working environment. - Conduct safety training programs and briefings for employees on safety practices, emergency procedures, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). - Investigate workplace accidents, injuries, or near-misses to determine the root cause. - Prepare incident reports and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. - Act as the point of contact with DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health) and other regulatory authorities for audits, inspections, and compliance reporting. - Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and submit reports when required. - Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including evacuation routes, emergency contacts, and procedures. - Coordinate emergency response teams and ensure preparedness for potential workplace hazards.
