Sales & Marketing Manager/ Senior Manager

Job Responsibilities: • Strengthen the product positioning & differentiation and ensure that it is in line with product concept and business direction. • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. • Work closely with project development teams to accurately represent project features and benefits in marketing materials. • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for property development projects. • Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals. • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment. • Problem-solving capabilities for process management and continuous process improvement. • Lead project marketing team, providing guidance direction to ensure project goals are met and exceeded. • Formulate pricing and sales strategy and lead the sales team to achieve the company's sales target. • Establish strong branding and positioning of products through advertising & promotion efforts. • Oversee sales, marketing as well as sales administration team. • Liaise with government authorities/councils on compliance matters with housing rules and requirements including getting approvals for the Advertising and Sales Permit and Developer's License. Skills & Requirement: • Degree holder in real estate/ business/ sales and marketing or equivalent. • Minimum 8 years of sales and marketing experience in the property development industry. • Strong leadership skills, brainstorming and implementing change. • Work location based in Alor Setar, Kedah.
