  • Identify and implement improvements in business processes, customer service, and sales techniques to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities, providing insight to shape future sales strategies.
  • Evaluate promotion effectiveness and key metrics (e.g. conversion rates, traffic, order cancellations) to drive ongoing success.
  • Ensure accurate and optimized product listings, including images and descriptions, for all campaigns.
  • Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including sales performance, pricing content accuracy, order fulfilment, and after sales service.
