Oversee and optimize operations across key ecommerce platforms, including Shopee, TikTok, B2B channels, and emerging marketplaces.Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies, including live-selling initiatives, to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.Build and maintain strong partnerships with e-commerce stakeholder, analyzing channel performance to recommend data-drive strategies that meet business objective.Identify and implement improvements in business processes, customer service, and sales techniques to enhance operational efficiency.Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities, providing insight to shape future sales strategies.Evaluate promotion effectiveness and key metrics (e.g. conversion rates, traffic, order cancellations) to drive ongoing success.Ensure accurate and optimized product listings, including images and descriptions, for all campaigns.Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including sales performance, pricing content accuracy, order fulfilment, and after sales service.
