Market Research & Analysis: - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer preferences. - Analyze competitors and industry trends to inform marketing strategies. - Gather and interpret customer feedback to refine marketing tactics. 2. Campaign Development: - Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media. - Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content and advertisements. - Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, design, and product) to ensure cohesive campaign execution. 3. Content Creation & Management: - Develop and curate engaging content for the company’s website, blogs, email newsletters, social media, and other marketing materials. - Manage the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, banners, and digital assets. 4. Social Media Management: - Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). - Create and schedule regular posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media trends. - Analyze the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. 5. SEO & SEM: - Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to increase online visibility. - Manage paid search campaigns (SEM) and monitor the performance to maximize ROI. 6. Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to engage existing customers and acquire new leads. Analyze email campaign performance and optimize content and frequency. 7. Event Planning & Coordination: - Organize and manage promotional events, product launches, trade shows, and other marketing events. - Coordinate logistics, budgets, and team involvement for event success. 8. Reporting & Analysis: - Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including KPIs like lead generation, website traffic, and sales growth. - Use data to provide actionable insights and improve marketing efforts. 9. Branding & Strategy: - Assist in the development and execution of the company's branding strategy. - Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all marketing materials. Skills & Qualifications: Education: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role. Skills: - Strong understanding of marketing principles, both online and offline. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media management, email marketing platforms, and SEO/SEM tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Creative thinking with the ability to design engaging marketing materials. - Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to improve strategies. - Organizational skills and attention to detail.
