Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to: Key Responsibilities Program Operations & Systems Management - Oversee and execute talent programs such as Learning & Development (L&D), succession planning, and performance management at scale, leveraging advanced tools and platforms. - Configure and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS), succession planning software, and performance tracking systems, ensuring optimal functionality and alignment with business needs. - Develop and maintain data pipelines to track program metrics, generate insights, and automate routine tasks, ensuring high efficiency in program delivery. Learning & Development (L&D) - Deploy scalable training frameworks using e-learning platforms, virtual sessions, and in-person workshops to support skill development across all levels. - Create and maintain training modules and content repositories using technology-enabled tools, ensuring content relevance and ease of access. - Use learning analytics to monitor training impact, engagement, and completion rates, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Performance Management Systems - Manage and automate performance review processes, ensuring smooth execution through integrated HRIS platforms and performance dashboards. - Design and implement workflows for real-time performance tracking, enabling data-driven decision-making and accurate reporting. - Build and maintain custom reporting templates to analyze performance trends and facilitate calibration sessions. Feedback & Optimization - Develop automated systems for collecting and analyzing feedback, such as pulse surveys, engagement tools, and sentiment analysis platforms. - Use data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, BigQuery) to present feedback trends and implement system-level adjustments based on insights. Succession Planning - Drive the execution of succession planning using predictive analytics to identify and prioritize high-potential employees for leadership roles. - Design and manage talent pools, integrating them with internal mobility platforms for seamless transitions. - Partner with HRBPs to ensure bench strength analysis and talent readiness assessments are consistently updated and actionable. Talent Acquisition Integration - Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure data consistency and alignment between onboarding systems and talent development platforms. - Develop onboarding workflows that integrate with existing talent systems to support structured role alignment and employee journey mapping. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with People Pillars, department managers, and L&D specialists to ensure the seamless integration of tools and processes. - Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to optimize the use of talent management technologies. Technical Decision-Making Authority Operational Technology Decisions - Evaluate and implement new tools or upgrade existing platforms to meet program requirements. - Configure system settings and define workflows for optimal performance of talent management technologies. Program Optimization - Design and deploy automation scripts (e.g., Python, VBA, SQL) to enhance recurring talent management operations efficiency. - Make system-level adjustments to address user feedback, ensuring technical alignment with organizational goals. Strategic Contribution - Leverage advanced analytics to provide insights into talent trends and program effectiveness, supporting leadership in strategic decision-making. - Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the scalability and security of talent management systems. REQUIREMENTS These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role: - 5–7 years of experience in talent management with a focus on technology-enabled solutions. - Proficiency in HR tech platforms, such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone LMS, or similar. - Experience designing and managing API integrations between talent management systems and broader enterprise tools. - Strong command of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, BigQuery) and programming languages like Python or SQL for workflow automation and reporting. - Familiarity with predictive analytics techniques for succession planning and performance tracking. - Proven track record in implementing scalable L&D frameworks and performance management systems across regional or multi-country setups.
