Siebel/Oracle Technical Architect

Job Summary: Primarily responsible for installing, maintaining & supporting technical environment for Oracle Siebel, OBIEE & Informatica PowerCenter solutions with integration with Active Directory in LINUX and/or UNIX server operating system platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Install, configure, maintain & support Siebel Gateway Server, Siebel Web Servers, Siebel Servers, Siebel File System & Oracle Database Servers for non-production and production environments (i.e. on-premises and/or public cloud infrastructure such like Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Microsoft Azure) • Configure, maintain & support high availability and load-balancing setup for Siebel environments • Configure, maintain & support LDAP integration with MS Active Directory for Single Sign-On capabilities as well as user login credentials validation • Perform Siebel application & data administration • Install, configure, maintain & support OBIEE Apps Server, Informatica Servers & DAC for non-production and production environments • Develop Linux and/or UNIX scripts and Oracle PL/SQL program to execute batch jobs • Perform LINUX and/or UNIX OS maintenance & support • Perform release management activities as well as coordinate with 3rd parties for code deployment. • Perform issue investigation and resolution within Siebel/OBIEE/Informatica teams, client's business user& IT teams, client's vendor teams, Oracle Support etc Relevant Work Experiences / Knowledge: • 3-5 years of working experience in Siebel application & server administration, Siebel repository migration & IT infrastructure support preferably in UNIX and/or LINUX server operating system platform. • Strong knowledge in Siebel technical architecture concept • Experiences in new Siebel Gateway Server, Siebel Web Servers, Siebel Servers, Siebel File System & Oracle Database installation and configuration. • Possess strong knowledge in Siebel Application Administration such like Siebel Workflow Administration, Data Administration, Data Validation Rules Administration, etc. • Experiences in High Availability configuration and LDAP integration as well as SSL setup are added advantage • Experiences in Oracle Business Intelligence Application Server, Oracle WebLogic Server, Informatica PowerCenter and DAC installation & configuration are added advantage. • Experiences in Siebel application & Siebel EIM configuration and development are added advantage • Experiences in Oracle PL/SQL development • Strong knowledge in IT Infrastructure technical skills as well as able to perform UNIX/LINUX OS and application-level maintenance, operation and troubleshooting. • Experiences in release management, coordination for system downtime and execution of code deployment. • Experiences in issue management and resolution within Siebel team and/or with 3rd parties • Experiences in code migration. • Ability to work on multiple projects, work with multiple teams concurrently • Ability to plan and prioritize work / projects in the team. • Ability to build relationship and interact effectively with internal and external parties • Good written and oral communication skills • Fast learner, adaptability, self-motivated and high level of initiative Non-Malaysian citizens are also encouraged to apply
