1. Campaign Execution: Develop, execute, and optimise funnel-based ads while meeting various campaign objectives on Meta, Google, TikTok and maximising business ROI to drive website traffic & leads, increase conversions with differentiated audience strategy. 2. Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor and report on key metrics, A/B test results, and their analyses to internal stakeholders. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as IT, Sales, and Creative Operations to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project deadlines. 4. Strategic Development: Brainstorm and contribute ideas & strategy during the planning of integrated marketing activities to achieve business and brand objectives. 5. Job Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including managing digital marketing platforms like Google Ads and Meta Business Manager. • Proficient in both written and spoken in English and Mandarin. • Experienced in technical setup on Pixel/GTM tracking. • Both strong data and creative mind in managing channels. • A self-starter, possessing a positive learning attitude, hardworking and team spirit. • High attention to detail with excellent follow-through and a strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned projects and tasks. • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Zapier, and HubSpot is an advantage.
