CHARGEMAN A4 (Freelance)

a) Arrange and conduct internal PETI inspection with sub-contractor prior to official inspection with Client. b) Arrange PETI inspection with Client RA Electrical. c) Fill up PETI as attachment to the Hot Work Permit and inspect the work area before start work. d) Assist WL Inspection for all machineries and electrical equipment PETI. e) Confirms conditions of Equipment during inspection with WL/RA is in good condition. f) Inspect, report and rectify the problem if construction machineries break down. g) Tie-in of new Firewater Equipment to Incoming source MTBE Electrical room and any other tie-in that require chargeman. h) Ensure no deviation to Work Permit conditions. 2. Requirements: a) 5 yrs working experience in Oil & Gas and minimum 3 years working experience in plant as Chargeman. b) Registered as a competent Chargeman (A4) with Energy Commission (EC). c) Valid OGSP, CIDB, E-Vetting and Petronas AME Medical Report.
