Summary: • The Senior Executive, Corporate Finance will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities within the EPCC industry. This position is crucial in providing strategic insights, managing financial operations, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. Job Responsibilities: • Financial Planning and Analysis: • Assist in the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. • Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to management. • Financial Reporting: • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. • Cash Flow Management: • Monitor cash flow projections and liquidity management. • Support treasury operations and optimize working capital. • Financial Modeling and Analysis: • Build financial models to evaluate performance and support decision-making. • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing. • Risk Management: • Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Assist in the implementation of risk management policies. • Stakeholder Communication: • Prepare presentations for senior management and stakeholders. • Assist in investor relations activities and communications. • Support Strategic Initiatives: • Provide financial insights and analysis for business projects and investments. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives. Qualification requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • 5 years of experience in corporate finance or financial analysis, preferably in the EPCC industry. • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modelling and Excel. • Proficient in financial management systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle). • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial data clearly to stakeholders. • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
