This dual-role position involves supporting our accounting and administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will handle financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and provide general office support. Key Responsibilities: Accounting Duties: Process invoices, payments, and manage accounts payable/receivable. Assist with monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Handle payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and track expenses. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Administrative Duties: Manage office supplies, handle correspondence, and organize files. Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements. Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing leave records. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications. Qualifications: Minimum diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in an accounting or administrative role is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting software. Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to multitask. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
