Job description
On behalf of our client, Telekung Hiqmah HQ is seeking a full-time Admin Officer.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the administration department, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Support and assist in carrying out administrative tasks within the organization.
- Manage stock purchase records accurately and efficiently.
- Oversee asset management processes.
- Organize and maintain company documentation.
- Operate the company system (Niagawan) to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage expense records, including system entry and filing.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcoming to apply.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
