We are looking for Marketing Executive who is skilled in managing paid advertising campaigns and promoting training programs. The ideal candidate will focus on achieving measurable results, optimizing campaign performance, and effectively marketing training opportunities to the target audience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Paid Advertising Management:
- Plan, create, and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Optimize ad performance to achieve key metrics such as cost-per-click (CPC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lead generation for training programs.
- Monitor and refine campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for training programs to boost participation.
- Design targeted advertising campaigns that focus on promoting training sessions, workshops, and certifications.
- Collaborate with trainers and program coordinators to highlight key selling points of training programs in campaigns.
Content for Advertising:
- Create compelling ad content, including copy, visuals, and videos, that showcases the value of the training programs.
- Ensure that all promotional materials align with the company’s branding and training objectives.
Training Program Promotion:
- Promote training programs to the target audience, including professionals, businesses, and HR personnel.
- Design marketing campaigns around training schedules, early bird discounts, and value-added services.
- Work closely with external agencies or internal teams to ensure widespread visibility of the training offerings.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze advertising and training campaign performance to determine ROI and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports on training inquiries, registrations, and conversion rates.
Collaboration and Innovation:
- Partner with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and industry experts to enhance the promotion of training programs.
- Explore innovative methods, such as webinars or live demos, to attract audiences.
CRM and Social Media Integration:
- Manage social media channels and advertising platforms to promote training programs effectively.
- Build and maintain a database of potential leads interested in training sessions.
Budget Management:
- Allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize results for both general campaigns and training promotions.
- Ensure cost-effective strategies while meeting campaign goals.
REQUIREMENTS :
1. Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or equivalent field.
2. Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in running paid ads and promoting training programs.
3. Skills:
- Proficiency in advertising tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge of campaign tracking tools like Google Analytics.
- Creativity in developing promotional strategies for training programs.
4. Personal Attributes:
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns.
- Passionate about learning and professional development.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From RM1,950.00 per month
